Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site provides general information about The CoOp and offers an ABA Business Assessment — a self-reported diagnostic tool that produces general observations based on the answers you provide.

The assessment is informational

Assessment results are general business observations generated from self-reported information. They are not:

  • financial, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory advice;
  • an audit, valuation, or opinion on the value of any business;
  • clinical guidance of any kind;
  • an offer, commitment, or agreement to provide services;
  • an offer to buy, sell, or invest in any business.

You are responsible for decisions you make about your business. We recommend consulting your own attorney, accountant and other advisors before acting on anything you read here.

No professional relationship

Using this site or completing the assessment does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship between you and The CoOp. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Accuracy of information you provide

The assessment relies entirely on the accuracy of what you enter. Results based on inaccurate or incomplete input will be correspondingly inaccurate.

Confidentiality of others' information

Do not submit protected health information, personally identifying information about clients or families, or confidential information belonging to a third party through this site.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

The content, design, assessment questions, scoring methodology and materials on this site are owned by The CoOp or its licensors. You may view and share them for your own business purposes; you may not reproduce, republish or build derivative products from them commercially without written permission.

We link to third-party services such as scheduling tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

This site and the assessment are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CoOp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of this site or reliance on the assessment.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we post changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The CoOp is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
